Just so you know, if you partially return an order containing a special offer, free gift or promotional item such that you no longer meet the offer's qualifying conditions, a refund adjustment will apply. You can always do an exchange instead!

How does it work when partially returning?

If you received a bundle deal or multi-buy offer and you return part of that order, we reserve the right to recalculate the order if the remaining items no longer qualify for the original offer or discount.

In such circumstances, any retained items may be charged at their full individual selling price although we will first try to apply the next best applicable promotional price available at the time of purchase. Any refund issued will reflect this adjusted order value.

For example, if you purchased our 4 FOR 3 bundle and returned one item, we will attempt to apply the Buy 2, Get the 3rd 50% off offer instead when recalculating your refund amount if the promotion is available for the items in your order.

If you received a free gift and your order no longer qualifies, you must also return the gift to avoid being charged its stated retail price.
