Just so you know, if you partially return an order containing a free gift, item or special offer such that you no longer meet the offer's qualifying conditions, a refund adjustment will apply. You can always do an exchange instead!
How does it work when partially returning?
If you received a free gift and your order no longer qualifies, you must also return the gift to avoid a ÂŁ6 charge.
If you received a promotional discount, the difference between what you paid and the full retail price of the items you keep (based on when you placed the order) will be refunded.
