Absolutely! We offer exchanges and returns according to our returns policy.
Once your order has arrived, you can use our self-service portal to start the return or exchange request.
Always highlight to the customer that:
- any gift exchanges has to be for current products and not seasonal designs
- exchanges are only valid on same price items, i.e., a sale item cannot be exchanged for a full price item
- customers will have to cover the return label cost
