If your discount code isn't working, check the following steps:

1. Ensure you've entered it correctly (sometimes the number '0' and letter 'O' can be mixed up)
2. Make sure there's no spaces before or after the code
3. Check all the terms and conditions are met. Often codes are not valid during sale periods or if you've used it before.

Please note you can usually only add one discount code per order.
