Over 95% of our orders within the UK typically arrive within three working days after being dispatched. However, it's essential to note that Royal Mail advises that delivery may take up to 10 working days, particularly during busy periods.

Upon receiving your dispatch confirmation, you will also receive a tracking code. If the tracking status indicates that your order has been delivered, we recommend checking with your neighbours or any designated safe places, as it is likely nearby.

Sometimes there can be a slight delay while the parcel is in transit but it often starts moving again after a few days.

If your parcel has not arrived after 10 days, please contact us and we'll launch an investigation for you.

For international orders, tracking is available at all stages of the shipment's journey. Please be aware that items are often held in your country's customs until any applicable import fees are settled.
