Can I change my shipping address?Updated 9 months ago

Unfortunately, in most cases, we cannot edit the address information in an order once it has been placed. Please contact us with the word "URGENT" in the message along with the correct address and we'll do our very best, however changes cannot be guaranteed.

As per our terms and conditions, we do require current, complete and accurate purchase and account information when placing an order, which includes the delivery address.

We also highlight checking your address in a clear yellow box during the checkout process before clicking 'Confirm order':

Some couriers such as Royal Mail provide redelivery options while in transit. If you choose a location such as a Post Office and do not collect it after a certain period of time, it will be returned back to us. You can also ask the recipient at the address to reject the parcel.

Finally, we strongly recommend updating any saved addresses used by autofill or stored with payment providers like PayPal as we cannot retrieve orders delivered to an incorrect address 💗🦙
